I got a lot of requests to mail out the PDF where Chet describes the easy way to change fork seals.  I know I missed a few people so I've posted a link to the file so everyone can get it.  Here it is:

http://f6dave.dchealy.com/fork-seal-change.pdf

That link does not work.

I found Chet's post on changing seals with forks on the bike and no special tool.  I can email the PDF if anyone wants it.
Please send a copy to zswanie1@yahoo.ca

Much obliged

That post describing the easy method to change fork seals is still very popular!  I kept the PDF of it, and placed it here: http://dchealy.com/valk/fork-seal-change.pdf

I did my fork seals using the instructions on the first page of this topic. Was not a bad job at all. I am glad I did. Even though I had got the seals to quit leaking there was alot less oil in them. It feels like a new motorcycle now. not as much front end dive when braking.

That video and the pdf are great info...

I got one last question. How do you measure the oil? At the end he adds specified amount of oil on each leg. But that's for a vtx.

I know they are suppose to be a measured amount. Locally, we have a "Plastic Shop" which has all sorts of items for sale, including large syringes. A measuring cup should also work.
