Jeaneane and i are registered, a cpl of questions. How do we insure we have our double queen room adjoining our fellow Rogues? We had planned on one cpl getting the king suite, us on one side in the double queen and another cpl on the other side of the king suite in the other adjoining double queen. Can someone please explain? We Rogues can be kinda thick sometimes. Also, did I miss something, why didn't the site allow me to pay for the event? It seems like all I did was put down the $89 deposit on the room. Am I wrong?

Send us a note and we'll get you together.  We can arrange room assignments right up until the event as long as the room block holds out.  A King room is up against a Queen on either side so we can't put two Kings or two Queens together, but we'll do what we can to accommodate.

Also, did I miss something, why didn't the site allow me to pay for the event? It seems like all I did was put down the $89 deposit on the room. Am I wrong?

Oh, I hope so.  Did you forget to select a registration package?  If so you'll be getting a note from one of us.   Grin

Romeo,
You didn't register for the event, you only reserved the room.  However, we can't honor the room reservation until you register.  Just go back to the site and register yourself and Juliet.

D, aren't you already registered?

In case someone who hasn't registered has the same question, the answer is that we will take a check or money order, but the registration won't be processed until the money has transferred.

Robin, you have to buy an event shirt and it will prompt you for color, size, and sleeve type.

The free shirt is the Joe Boyd memorial shirt.  It only comes in one color.

Re. the room, I assume this is all we have to do except for checking in upon arrival and paying the tab when we leave. If I understood correctly, Admin. is taking the reservations for whatever time period we chose.

I'm really looking for forward to this, lots of folks I haven't seen for a couple years.

I believe there are no smoking rooms.  I could be wrong.  I know smoking is not among our selections.

Thanx for the direction. I got us registered and sent a message using the "contact us" asking about assigning us rooms with our fellow Rogues. Thanx again.
