f6gal: Come on, it'll only take a second.
oZ: I really am busy, but ok....
f6gal:  Just add a space or two after that one line on registration.
oZ:  Ok...hold please.

Captain,

Look at your receipt, please.  I don't believe it took your registration, but it took the room reservation, etc.  Please re-register.  Thanks.

The Who's Going page is updated manually.  We have to input the information.  If you do not show up immediately, do not fret, as long as the registration shows on your receipt.  We update it as often as possible, but it may not be immediately.  Thanks to all of you for your patience and understanding with the registration process.

Quick question, and answer at your convenience... no hurry...

How are room reservation changes handled? Example, reserve a room for Monday-Sunday. Two months from now things change and I want to change it to Wednesday-Sunday. Do I contact you guys or the hotel?

I plan now to reserve six days, but things could change... thanks in advance.

Us.  The resort will not be involved with you until check in.

However, the number of rooms that we will be committed to pay for will pass between us and the resort well before the event.

If you're still iffy on whether you'll be there, please don't reserve.  I do realize that emergencies arise and we have no control over those.  I also know that some folks are inclined to reserve hotel rooms depending on being able to cancel at the last minute for no cost.  We're not a hotel.  We don't have the flexibility of being able to recover over time or average things out.  We're managing a single event for a short period.

If you think there's a good chance that your days may change then don't reserve a room.  Wait until you're pretty well certain.

-edit- Correction - make reservations for the days you're sure of and we can add days if you need to later.

Great! I'm in and so is Mark and his lady.  Reading the posts, I'm happy to see that only nonsmoking rooms are available.

I also would assume that these are no pet rooms as I'm badly allergic to cat dander. In past events, we reserved through the hotels and I always asked the reservation clerk about this .

There are pet rooms, but they are in a different building, so no need to worry there Wayne.  Although, if people want to bring their pets, we do need to know so they can be assigned to a "pet" specific room, but they need to understand it will be in the same location, but a different building.

I appreciate the suggestion, MP.  Our feeling is that a lot of people tend to blow right past the stickied threads at the top, so hopefully we'll keep in near the top with activity.

Soon there will be a registration link at the tops of the board pages.

Be sure you select a registration package when you go through the process.  Unfortunately our forms will allow you to reserve a room without selecting a registration package.

We cannot honor your room reservation until you get registered.

Just so you don't have to go back to the top of this thread, here's the link:   InZane X Registration.

I'm in also, I think, if I did it right.
Can't wait for my wife to get home and tell her what I done did, I think. Hope anyway
She's pretty much over the surprise trailer that showed up last Nov.
Is there going to be a thread looking for roomies, just in case.
