Four in a row for Lance......a record. Don't know if anyone else keeps up with the "Last Great Race" but being a former musher, I really admire these guys and gals. 1,100 miles in up to -60 degree weather......not for wimps!!

I used to... spent 14 winters in Alaska (longest 36 yrs of my life).  Six of them were in Anchorage, and the start of the race went right passed my condo.  Went for a dog sled ride once when I was in Kotzebue.  Amazing... the acceleration rate of those dogs.

Takes a real man for shure.
Wonder if he has a Valk for the off season?
Wonder how he hooks up the dogs?
