I've been married going on 33 yrs this June and wanted to share with the VRCC what the secret is to a long, enjoyable marriage.

For your 5th year anniversary, take your wife to Hawaii.

For your 30th Anniversary, go pick her up. Smiley

When the Mrs. and I got married, we agreed that we would make most decisions together, but, I would make all of the important ones.  To this day.....I have yet to make one important decision!   crazy2

I told her when she hit 40 years old, I'd take her in and trade her in for two 20's...

...then she pointed out, I'll hit 40 before she does... Hmmm...

A friend suggested he might turn in his 40 year old wife for two twenties....

Without missing a beat his wife told him he wasn't wired for 220.

i would like to add to this, i want to start by saying your topic says it is "not Valk related". I would disagree. i have been married now for 32 years, and yes to the same woman, howevert when she told me i could get the Valkyrie of my choice i knew she was the woman for me and that i would definately let her continue to make all of the Critical Descisions too. What a woman huh?  coolsmiley Roll Eyes

You're so right, Bigdog...my wife got me started in motorcycling when she bought me a Honda CB500 twin for our first anniversary in 1978. What a surprise and what a present..I had no idea I was getting it.
