However (not to be trivial), but I believe the title is "Sergeant AT Arms"

Sergeant IN Arms begs the question...... whose arms is the sergeant IN ?  Shocked

Here in Idaho it is Sergeant in Arms, because that is the way it was typed. We are sticking with it, the job has a lot of latitude.

I had someone mention the sticker on my tank last summer in Frisco. It never ocurred to me to take it off. Is  it sort of like the mattress stickers you are not suppose to remove under penalty of law?
