Anyone know of an aftermarket 12 volt Neutral Open Relay that will work on a Valkyrie  tickedoff

any 12 volt dc relay will work. they come in all shapes and sizes depending on the load you need to carry...
go to an electrical wholesale or radio shack...
the kind i like to use are the what we call ice cube relays, they will have 2 n/o and 2 n/c contacts in them....

I was looking to replace just the factory relay, does Radio Shack have a direct replacement relay
for the Valkyrie
