I purchased new Dunlop E3's back in late December 2009, call tire dealer and told them about the wobble a few days later. Recently had the chance to take the bike back to the Tire Dealer and they checked the tires, the rear tire had a bad high spot. I had them get me an Avon Cobra to replace the bad Dunlop, they got me a new tire and I paid $30.00 for the price difference between the 2 tires. If you need tires in GA, I would highly recommend Two Brothers in Lawrenceville GA.
So, this took care of the bad bounce I was getting from the rear.
I still have a wobble, that you can feel just rolling the bike down the driveway. Even my wife can feel it as I push her down the driveway.
I have replaced the front wheel bearings and I did re-torque the steering stem. I do not feel any indexing in the steering stem.
I replaced the standard shocks with Interstate shocks and replaced the shock bushings.
The odometer has 18,300 miles on it.
Any and all suggests / Ideas are welcome.
If you live in the Ga area, I would welcome your help.
Thanks.

I trust you've checked tire pressures (46PSI on the rear). Shock bushings good? A low speed wobble is a new one. Swingarm bearings? Brake drag or warped brake rotor. You didn't say the mileage on the chassis.

Are the tires seated full on the wheels? That sounds just like a tire that is not fully seated.

Yup, it's the tire and not your imagination.
I've had the same problems from my E-3 front and adjusting the tire pressure helped some but not really much.
I think it is from a faulty manufacturing process.
The sidewall is not uniformly laid up which causes a density variation that manifests itself in a uneven rolling resistance and noticed by you as a wobble.
Pump up the tire to some unreasonable pressure and it will be more evident to your eyes and when riding.
A softer tire will hide some of the wobble but them it feels mushy.
Last Dunlop I will buy, I assure you!

I have ordered a new Avon Cobra and will be replacing the Dunlop (it has about 300 mile on it).
This is the last Dunlop tire I will ever buy.
I will provide an update once the Avon is on my Valkyrie.
Thanks, you guys are great.
