USA Today Poll: 2nd Amendment Obama's new Attorney General, Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues. He does not believe the 2ndAmendment gives individuals the right to bear arms. This takes literally 2 clicks to complete. Please vote on this gun issue question with USA Today. It will only take a few seconds of your time. Then pass the link on to all the pro gun folks you know. Hopefully these results will be published later this month. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court's accepting the McDonald vs. Chicago case against the right for individuals to bear arms. First - vote on this one. I voted......and I voted YES.........But sadly I fear the constitution doesnt give us any rights when the government doest feel obligated to follow the constitution. So the real answer is that the judge interpreting the 2nd ammendment and the lawmakwers and "president" Obama give you whatever rights you have, and take away whatever rights they want.
We need a cleen slate..........they are all sleezebags and need to go

It will take ALOT more than a Judge's ruling or some new law to take my secondment right away....It will take force and violence. They know this and I am beginning to worry that does not bother this government so much. |

I believe God gives us the right to bear arms and the second amendment protects that right. I'm pretty sure we all know by now that they don't care what the people want. An attempt do disarm Americans is coming in the near future, if not from our loving Government, through UN treaty scheduled to be inacted in 2012. I hope enough gun owners see what's coming and stock up on ammo. Practice is good but not if you use all your ammo practicing. If people have guns and lots of ammo but no food stored many people would give up their guns for some food. The easiest way to control a large, well armed population is with food. The people that wish to disarm us control the food supplies and the supplies of everything else for that matter. A storm is coming people....prepare for the worst. Don't spend money on junk you don't need....guns, bullets and food should be where everyones extra money is going right now. The national guard has been hireing 10s of thousands of internment, resettlement personel for the last year, is that normal ?

I suspect that the libs do not believe that there is a class of citizen that will fight when pushed!
King George thought the same thing a couple of hundred years ago. Only 3 percent of the country taught old King George a lesson. OBOOB has an education in his future.
I also suspect they(libs) will be surprised when it happens, and it will, if they continue down this road.
