I have a 99 Honda Valkyrie Tourer and want to put on a 99 Interestate Trunk. Does anyone see a problem?????

You will need the IS fender rails.  The Tourer doesn't have the bolt locations for the IS trunk.

I have a set of IS fender rails, and the trunk mounting brackets, if you need them.  Reasonable.

I have an I/S, but remember reading about someone doing the same as you are, that you need to change the hinges on the saddlebags....that with the Tourer hinges, the saddlebag tops will hit the tourpack...just my .02... cooldude
