(Modified at 5:36 PM.)

Actually it is 2 requests in one.

I worked actually for 2 guys at the dealership.

Respected both of them very much as they did well by me.

Wednesday, my latest boss, received word is son had fell while snow boarding in Idaho and broke his back in 4 places.    Flew him off of the mtn to Idaho Falls, ID. and in the hospital there he went through 9 hours of surgery for repairs.

Right now everything looks good.  Will know more next week when they get him up.

Today, the other boss, who's wife is the sister of the Big boss, right hand lady, received word that their 18 year old son, (US Marine) Joshua was killed in a scrimmage with non friendly forces.   Took a slug into his right bicep and exited in his upper back.   Missed his Kevlar vest by 1/2".

So, if you would please, say a prayer or two for Brian Merryman, (back) and Joshua Davis (KIA).

All I can say is thanks in advance.............

PS:  I was talking to Josh dad when the Marine Corp guys came into the garage.  I told Dave and his wife, Patty the cashier, to set down, bad news is coming.  Mom took it pretty hard, as Josh was her baby...     He had only been in the Corps about a year or so.

Thanks again.............   Say a prayer for all of our soldiers over there in the sand box....

wow, sorry.  That's hitting home.

The hospital is probably Idaho Falls, Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC)....Idaho Sprimgs is in Colorado.

I lived in Idaho Falls and had back surgery there in 2005.  They have one of the top orthopaedic surgeons in the country there...Dr. P. McGowin.  Hopefully he got hooked up with this doctor.

Thanks everyone.  The families are both very appreciative, and asked where the hell I got this many friends.   LOL.

Wasn't sure if they could get onto our site without joining, so I pulled all the responses to here and sent them to Dave and Neil...     Dave lost the son, he responded and said thank you very much.    I heard Neil has read them but can't get his laptop to respond back, so he called his right hand lady and told her to tell me he had read them and to thank everyone.....    He said they were keeping his son in a forced coma for 3 days, something about they wanted no movement on the back for 3 days.  Give it a chance to button itself up...... then he will be pulled out of the coma and will be started in theraphy....    Yes his son is in the hospital mentioned above, but she didn't know who the surgeon was.....

God Blees and a Prayer from the Big Al Household.

Real Men Love Jesus and are not ahsamed to admit it.

Remeber all those that believe are the salt of the earth, if we hide our goodness we know about

wherein would it be salted.  So spread the word the Lord is Risen and is in Control.

Our Soldiers are our ambassadors to opressed countries and saviors of the Down Trodden

Ain't never been a Nation like Ours on the Face of the Earth.

God Bless our Troops and the Snow Boarder that went down.

Big Al
