Left out at 730 to ride to Apalachicola, FL. Met up with several friends along the way and 4 more met us there. We ate at Papa Joe's. Great food and fellowship. However, Hughston Avery, a new friend, had a kidney stone attack. Attack is all I can think to call it cause all of a sudden he was bent over double and in excruciating pain. The owners daughter rushed him to the hospital with several of us in tow. One friend, Winston, rode his bike to the hospital. He rode back with the daughter and we stayed for a little while with Hughston. He insisted we go back, he had family on the way to get him.
I hate it for him. At first he said he was going to try to ride on back to Dothan but that changed real quick. Just thankful that he wasn't out on the road when this occured. God was watching out for him.

The rest of the day was great riding. We spent the evening with Dan and Sharon. The next day we went to  the Destin Blessing of the Fleet Community Picnic. Probably a couple thousand there. Tug of war and kids inflatables. Got a few pics and will post later.

395 miles for the weekend.
