Believe me we have tried, but AR is to smart to fall for it. We also tried to give it to Mississippi, they refused also. What to do???

Do you recall the source of these facts or statistics. What are the time references? There are cities in this country that could compete with numbers like this per day, let alone States~

Wow, I my job brings me the the heart of Camden NJ every day. My building is like Fort Appache, I sometimes have to come out for a callout at 3am (a different world when the sun goes goes down). We are not allowed to carry. Our front vestibule has at least 2 Crack Addicts camped out every morning who use our steps as a toilet. But the nice thing is the suits do not come here for visits.

Yet another award for my hometown! Back in the early to mid 1990's Youngstown was, per capita, the murder capital of the US. The sad part was ... some around here wore it like a badge of honor. Now, the money ran out again this year and they are closing most of the county jail.... that means the "non-violent offenders" (read: thugs) are getting out to wreak havoc on the community again (we have been through this twice before)... it's going to be a long summer! But, then again... we could be Detroit...

Camden is #2, but they try harder. They used to be #1 at one point, so it's really cleaning up...
