I smoked Camel non-filters, 2 packs a day, or more for a dozen years, switched to Raleigh filters for a few years, then found out Linda was pregnant with my son in June, 2004, kept the zippo lighter, tossed the cigarettes and haven't had one since.  It was hell at first, Linda even bought me a carton and told me to smoke because I was so miserable, but I gave the carton away and didn't go back.  I do still occassionally light up a pipe of good tobacco, I smoke one bowl of it and drink a bottle of wine as a treat to myself when I finish making a piece of custom furniture.  Other than that, almost 25 years smoke free.
