Based on Tennessee and Colorado last year we need to bring more "stuff" to the rallies. Last year we ran out of patches and shirts the second day, had more shipped in via FedEx, wow was that expensive.

On top of the stuff we need to get to Michigan for the F6Rider store we have 100's of pounds of VRCC stuff the staff needs to make the rally happen.

Some folks in Colorado last year suggested I freight our stuff to Michigan this year, more affordable than FedEx and UPS. (we only got 4 days off work so we're flying in).

I know nothing about freighting stuff.

So, if you have any knowledge of how to freight stuff (I have none) or know how to make this happen, how to wrap the stuff up ready to go, suggestions welcomed.

Does anyone know of any companies that offer this service?

Thanks in advance for any knowledge I get from this post.

Hey maybe I can ship my Valk along and actually ride.

Might try ABF, I have used them several times to ship large motorcycle parts, engines etc. They offer tracking and very prompt shipments, door to door. Online rate calculators can give you the prices.

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you’re in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.

I do not know if they'd do it in the States, but overseas, we'd use the bus lines to ship boxes of stuff.  Only catch was someone had to be in the buss terminal waiting when the delivering bus showed up.  Very economical costs, and no chance of getting lost in the mail.  Call Greyhound.

We are in Canton, MI and plan on taking the bike and a pickup with an 8 foot box to IZX.  If you decide to ship stuff, you're welcome to ship it to our home and then we'll transport it for you.
