Sounds like a Cool Place.

The ghost has on occasion been blamed for broken glasses, when they would just snap as they sat on the table. “They seemed to, when just sitting on the table, break where the stem meets the glass,” Septic recalled. However, despite some broken stemware, Fochtman — commonly just called Frank by the staff — does not seem to have a mean or negative presence. “My personal feeling is that he’d be here, just watching over the place,” Septic said

It looks to be around 32 miles away from Ground Zero, probably only 10 miles as the crow flies.  Talk about geography forcing a circuitous route!   Shocked

I'm having trouble posting a map of the route through Google, but trust me, it looks like an upside down V.

Shorts is located only about 3 miles from Ground Zero....we know cause' it's one of favorite spots in Bellaire. If your like Mirco brews, you're going to LOVE Shorts.  Patrick even wears the shirt.

Check them out.

Are you an organ, tissue and eye donor for your state? Did you know one person can save or enhance the lives of up to 75 people. The # of people waiting for organs in the US would overflow the University of Michigan football stadium. It's the biggest in the country. Will seat over 109,000.

Any good oyster bars nearby?  Nice, fresh, oysters on the half shell?

We are a long way from the ocean...any oysters I have had here in MI were terrible, don't know if they were frozen or what.

Yeah, I'll probably be there too...

Daniel, have you had a bad experience in your renovated home?

Heh no...only benevolent ghosts there.

My ghosts have been encountered on the road...a minor one here (long read).

One day soon I'll post a heh...less minor...one...

Boy those beers sure look YUMMY....   We have a micro brewery here in Topeka,Ks http://www.blindtiger.com/brewery.html they have a great Imperial Stout.  I am thinking this will be wednesday night?  Let's figure out a time and maybe I can talk the guys I am riding with to come with me.  I don't think they will turn away beer.  Knowing this place is so close I will not be bringing a saddle bag with three growlers.  I will wait until I get here!!! and bring them back to the hotel  cooldude

Man I can't wait.  Only five more nights of working until I am off.  Sure can't come soon enough!
