We recently were traveling through Louisville, KY and needed a new rear tire.
Progressive Ins was great, got us towed, gave us directions to get service, and got us a hotel. DJ towing was polite, cautious when strapping and towing.

The problem came with the dealer, STATION PARK HONDA.
I dont have a problem with being closed on Sun. & Mon. The trouble started Mon afternoon. I called 1st thing Tues morning only to be transferred 3 times (service to parts to service) I had to ask if they had a tire in stock. back to service to find out when they could get me in to find they do not do tires on Tues, and could not work me in until Fri 3 days later. I had explained to them that I was from out of town and on the way home and could not stay for 3 more days. If this were a major breakdown there may be a reason for not being able to get me back on the road for 3 days, but for a tire that they did have in stock, I think this is unacceptable service. tickedoff

We did find another dealer S&S Powersports Clarksville, IN. They are closed on Sun&Mon. but it was a Tues morning they took us in right away and we were on the road again in about an hour. A super thank you to S&S and there service staff for knowing what emergency service, customer service is all about. cooldude

Whoa!!

Arigi... sure glad another shop got you fixed up and on your way...  You always wonder how your insurance is going to come through for you when you need them....  Us consumers, come through every month or whenever our payment is due and pay on time.  It is good to know that they did what they said they would do and tow you to the nearest shop and put you in a hotel.

Getting the tire fixed... now that is another story....   But, sounds like after all the hoops you were able to be at the right shop that treated you right.   Have a safe ride!

If everything went down as you described, then STATION PARK HONDA deserves the publicity there are getting.......
