Rear Brake Caliper problem

Hi,
I just got done replacing the front and rear brakes on my 98 Tourer. While doing the rear, I pulled out the pin bush boot #11 on the parts fiche), as I was trying to remove the caliper from the frame. Well, needless to say, I can't get the pin bush boot back on. I wasn't able to get unscrew the pin bolt #12 on parts fiche) as I only had an open end wrench on it and I felt like the shoulders were going to round on the bolt head. I will pick up a 12mm flare wrench and try again to remove the pin bolt. Any ideas how that to get the pin bush boot back in its home?? Will it become apparent once the pin bolt is out and the caliper is free?

I changed out both my little booties once... I think you won't have any trouble once you get stuff
apart. The book sez (and this is what I do) to remove the axle and yank the bracket and all. I've never
taken a caliper of the bracket... On the one hand, you have to mess with taking the axle out, on the
other hand trying to gink around with taking just the caliper off has always sounded like a hassle to me.
