Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

I have nothing planned yet just wondering how much interest there would be there are lots of great roads like the beartooth highway near redlodge. I live in a small town 20 miles west of Bozeman.

Central Utah... Hmmm... Montana is only a day or so away from here.

Maybe you could do a ride into or through Yellowstone and we could meet up thereabouts...

Yellowstone is less populated in September. And colder. Let's talk.

Chuck and I will be riding beartooth pass on Tuesday August 3. We are staying at the Irma Hotel in Cody on the nights of August 2nd and 3rd. You can tag along if you like. we sure could use a local guide. We will be leaving the Phoenix area on Saturday the 31st.

Thanks Ron

Wife and I were thinking about taking a trip towards (through and near) Jellystone (relatives live around Butte) in early September. We might be able to work a "beartooth" segment into the trip... let us know more detail and we'll see if we can get connected.

I think I just suffered the dreaded "hydrolock."

I need to do some diagnostics to be sure, then I will need to determine both cost and timing for the repairs. There's a pretty good chance that this will interfere with riding plans in early September, but I think we'll still be making the trip -- in the car.

Whatever we decide I'll let you know. I'd REALLY like to get fixed and do the Yellowstone (or Butte) ride, but right now "it all depends..."
