Here are some pic's of the MS Fairing. Crazyhorse...I hope you don't mind if I make a suggestion to your great looking fairing & install?
.:Your Spot wires - If you re-run them under your lower clamp it would it would make them practically invisible:.

Thanks DFragn, I had never notice before but I'll have to get it done now. I'll be riding to work Thursday, 40 + miles one way, I'll post a report.

Ride report! Yesterday I rode to work, 40 miles one way, wearing my half helmet. The ride was fine until the interstate then the air off of the big trucks was a little much for regular glasses. Today I rode in with a fullface helmet and had no problem at all. Now keep in mind this is with the 7" shield the fairing itself does a great job. Morning ride in both days were in the mid 30's. I will be ordering a 9" shield in the near furture for long trips. I love the fairing. I got an e-mail from the place where I ordered my windshield and other accessories, stating that the garnish is on back order until 5/15 and the 9" windshield won't be shipped until 4/22...so it'll be a couple weeks before I can report on the effectiveness of the tall one.

Greetings all. I've been lurking around here for quite some time, but first time posting. I got a '97 Tourer and I just installed my Memphis Shades Batwing. I got the complete kit off of e-bay and it was a snap. It took me about 45 minutes to do the whole thing. I will post some pics when I am able. Be well. Mike

OK, why am I having so much trouble mounting my new Memphis Batwing. Everyone has said it was a breeze. Are there any secrets someone who has done it can let me on? I'm not normally technically challenged but I can't seem to get the fork brackets to line up with the fairing brackets. I have everything mounted loose to drift it in but it ain't happening. How far below the top triple tree plate is the first bracket mounted for you guys? It's killing me cause I can't wait to finish it, I really like quality......Mike (The picture below has the National Cycle widnshield brackets still on it.)

Your brackets don't look like the ones I received with my fairing. Did you get those with the fairing? Ok I missed last part of your post. Do you have pictures of the brackets on your fairing? Mac

Like many of you, I'm looking into buying this fairing for my bike. I have a headlight extension bracket. I wonder how that would work? The headlight sticks out about 1inch further and 1inch higher. Anyone that has installed this have any input? Thanks

The fairing sets right on top of my light and I have the brackets as far up as I can get them. Mac

OK, I finally got it, one of the trigger locks wasn't opening all the way up and I didn't notice. Shouldn't work on projects when I'm tired. Thanks for the help. It's supposed to get in the 60s here tomorrow so I'll ride it to work for the test and then I'll post some pics. I really like the look.
