I found a statue of a cowboy on a rearing horse in front a business in Blairsville, PA. The building has no sign. Only a large building with garage doors, fancy reclaimed 1929 light posts on one side, and two statues. One of the horsed rider that I horsed around with a little bit the other day.

The other statue is a cat and cubs.

Building kind of resembles a DMV maintenance building.

CalTrans has a lot of them that look like the front of that one, without the heavy metal however.
