T&A, Politics and attention span

      I had to go back and check our most recent political post to find out about the health of our message board. The political post garnered 122 posts over appoximately 5 days. Our "boobies" topic has 127 entries but it took 20 days to get that many.

     The rest of the story is that the political post had a total of 2093 views while the boobies have had as of now 6,729 views. There are any number of possible conclusions that could be drawn from all this info such as:

      Political posts should have more pics especially if a lot of exposed skin is involved.

      More of a concensus could be achieved if more boobies were included in political posts.

      We should view political posts at least 3 times before posting a response.



      Feel free to offer your own conclusions to the info provided. My only real concern about all this is that Stanley Steamer may have terribly skewed the boobie views number .

I found the boobies thead to be quite disturbing.  I could not believe such would be on this site.  I kept checking back over and over several times each day and the pics kept on being posted.  I carefully checked each pic for any artistic value or socially redeeming content.  None to be found.  Some nice bikes but the very scantilly clad females kept getting in the way.  Does this mean I posted on a political thead?  I told myself that I wouldn't do that.

  I think the  administrators of this board need to be reminded that on the boobie post there was no arguments, rants, or name calling.  It was like everybody was sitting around a campfire singing Kumbaya.  So everytime a political post starts to get out of hand instead of deleting it they  "the administrators" should just post a picture of some boobies and it will quiet everybody down.  Problem Solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
