Looks like a ZX14, They come stock with radial brakes, and are the best in the industry.  Definately one finger operation, grab a hadfull and watch out.

Nothing to do with the front brake and everything to do with rider error.  Shocked

I believe he was attempting a stoppie for the camera and go it back asswards.

Why your front brake is your friend

Those are finesse brakes on most of those sport bikes. But it does look like he was wanting to bring his rear end up. Even if he successfully done that before without being on camera (or thought he had) doing it while riding in front of that other guy deserves a corrective physical discussion by the other guy in the best of situations.

Someone was saying recently they didn't like to ride in a group that they didn't know.

That guy needs to be left at home.

I'm curious about the next few minutes of the film. I would like to see what the guy riding directly behind that tossed motorcycle did to respond. It doesn't look like he has any lane position to swerve to dodge a 6 foot obstacle. Doubt he'll ride across the top of it like a 2x4 in the road or a large pothole.

Chances are that became bad quick.

Yes, front brakes in moderation are useful. 80% of the stopping power. Should stop building choppers without front brakes. However, I don't think that was a brake problem.
