« on: August 13, 2010, 05:06:10 AM »

I am looking at a 2004 fifth wheel toy hauler in the Tampa/ Odessa, FL area that my Valkyrie/ sidecar combo would fit in.  Would anyone with some RV knowledge be able to have a look at it this weekend?

Thanks.

Bumping it to the top for you. It's about an hour from me, and I don't know squat about RVs. I've been waiting for the rain to quit so I can get the block sealer on my new garage so I can get past the final inspection. But if you don't get any closer volunteers I might be able to go on Sunday.
Did you post on the Fl board?

MP, I'm not an expert in that area, although have done my share of towing. If your help falls through for any reason, I'd be happy to look at it for you. You'd have to tell me specifically what you want me to look for, measurments etc.. I'd take photo's. One problem, Saturday is the only day I'm available and will be riding near that area, but I'm leaving early in the morning. Sooo, you'd have to get back with me before 9:00pm today. I'll check back later.

with a different name.  Thor industries makes most of these and put names like Raptor, mine is a Victory Lane, and Winners Circle on them.  This ad has good pictures and looks like he just wants payoff for it.  If I can help let me know, I am in N. Fl. near Gainesville.

Hey MP...were up here in Michigan and a friend of mine has a 38 foot 5th wheel toy hauler, 2004, for sale.  His name is Al Hunt and a MIVRCC member.  You can see pics of it on Craigs List in Saginaw, MI., in the RV section, or you can email him... ahunt@pfgevents.com.  It is a beautiful 5th wheel very clean and well kept.  I hope this works out for both of you...
