Hi All As many of you know,we have a bikers event every Friday 13th in Port Dover  Ontario. This year, the news estimated over 150,000 people came to this little fishing town on the north shore of Lake Erie.
We had planned on a get together at my home Thurs which is just alittle over an hour from Dover. The folks from Michigan cancelled at the last moment but Big And Lil D came up from NY.As always when VRCC company comes over, that means food and a BBQ. This year no different.

This year was first for a couple of things for me.My first time riding to Dover with my youngest son,Jacob, who just got licenced, his first time riding in the dark and in the rain.He did perfect.

I'm glad we got to Dover early. It got real busy, real fast. The town had parking arranged well.

It was hot and packed.

We had arranged to meet at a local restaurant for lunch. We had 12 VRCCers in the room for a good meal. Even had a new member who had just signed up  see our Valk shirts on and came over and introed himself. When a group of VRCCers get together,it is always a good time

Left about 2:30 and had a nice ride home and had take out for dinner. We were all bagged from a great day.
With a wet forecast,Big and Lil D cut our time together short by a day. We have some nasty weather coming Sat night and Sunday. A very wise move I thought. We still had a morning ride to Port Stanley and breaky.

It was a great 2 days with the D's and my other VRCC friends.
