I was wondering if anybody knows how to hook up my lights that are in my fake stacks to the engine so they run with the motor. Thanks for any help in this matter..

Close Up Valkyrie Velocity Stacks LED Flame Podspowered by Aeva

I saw this and thought of using a microcontroller with high brightness LED's and sync the fire sequence with one coil or a sense lead off a plug wire.  To keep the electronics (Basic Stamp) cool I planned on using fiber optic cable to the stacks under the tank.  The main controller would fit under a side cover.  Banged out the code then suffered a hard drive crash.  Lost interest in it.  This rider had some drawings on his/her design somewhere on the net.  Hope the clues help you.
