Four wheels move the body, 2 wheels move the soul

When I sign on my toolbar says I have one new message, but when I click on it it shows no messages.  It has been this way for a couple of days.  Any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

Have you ever gotten a Personal Message before.  If you have a few, the latest will show up at the bottom of the others.

I will send you another and maybe it will be easier to see 2 than it is for 1.
