I'll ride in the rain.  I don't like rain and NIGHT at the same time.  I can't see when that happens. But I'll ride in the rain.

I try not to get wet on my way INTO the office.  It just sucks to sit in my office wet.  It takes forever to dry out.

+1.  cooldude Worst thing about riding in the rain is the mess it makes of the bike. Grin

Riding to work...if it's not raining when I leave in the morning and I am fairly certain I can get to work dry, I'll usually take the bike.  If it's raining, I'll take the Jeep.  I don't usually worry about whether it is supposed to rain in the afternoon for the commute home...unless they are really calling for severe storms or something.

Riding for fun...if I'm just going "riding around", I won't go if it's raining.  But if I'm riding to an event or on a trip, then yeah, I'll ride.  That's what they make rain gear for.

Throw on some rain gear, you're not going to drown. Sheesh.

After a close call with seeing Grandma and Elvis I really try not to ride in the rain.
If its part of a long ride, so be it.
I got caught in a microburst here and was ready to cry. yup cry.
The wind was blowing from every direction  with hail and mondolarge rain drops. Ifigured tostop under the bridge and wait it out. By the time I was at the onramp, it was over. I was home in 30 monutes and mostly dry. Thats Arizona.
