Duffy and I and a few other members of the North Georgia Motorcycle club took a ride today to break in a couple of newbies. KSU was at 1:00 which was awefully late in the day to get started.
Our planned ride was over by 2:00 and the newbies were heading home leaving five seasoned riders who weren't done yet. I suggested a ride over Fort Mountain into Chattsworth Georgia. A great ride with spectacular overlooks.
On the way home Duffy and I passed a classic car show in a church parking lot. A quick U-turn and we were drooling over some beautiful Detroit hardware.
Bottom line is.....on the spur of the moment the five of us were scrapping pegs all afternoon.
I ride the greatest motorcycle ever built! On some of the most beautiful roads God ever made. With some of the best riding partners anyone could ask for.
It doesn't get any better than this.
I am a very lucky man.
