Thought I would pass my results along in case anyone else is tired of plastic headlight lenses on cars/bikes (not Valks) being clouded or otherwise messed up on the outside. Used 3M's polishing kit in an attempt to avoid paying for new headlight assemblies for Julie's Honda Odyssey. $15 vs $$$$ . Results are pretty dang good. The before pictures show the problem pretty well.  Much less light was getting to the road than what was intended.

The after pics are not as good as it looks in person. It cleaned them up nicely in less than an hour for both sides.  They still have dust and some cloudiness on the inside, but I can live with that until I train a cricket to use window cleaner on the inside.

Here are the pics. http://picasaweb.google.com/115064772460652042550/Headlights?authkey=Gv1sRgCPqLgf2YlqP8Nw&feat=directlink

Job well done. When I bought my 2K Tourer, the shield was clouded all over as your headlights were. I buffed it back to clear with fine cut rubbing compound.
