Description
Here is an exceptional 2001 black Honda Valkyrie with only 28,022 miles. This Valk runs great and has been very well maintained; it is in excellent condition and ready to take to the highway or cruise the boulevard in your home town. The bike has never been dropped or down; and the paint is in very good condition with no dents or scrapes. This Valkyrie looks fantastic with mirror polished wheels, forks, rotors, triple trees, master cylinders, risers, handlebar clamp, and switch covers. Polished aluminum is great; it shines like chrome, but won't rust, flake, or peel. When compared to a stock Valk, this bike will stand out like a show bike. One of the amazing features of this 2001 Valkyrie is the custom leather work. The driver seat, passenger seat, and passenger backrest, along with the side covers are fabulous. It is hard to describe something so intricate. They are all made from the finest black Italian upholstery leather with hand tooled saddle leather as the centerpieces. The design has tooled and dyed hot rod flames on the leading edges. Valkyrie maidenheads are tooled in the centers and dyed a beautiful burnt orange color. The entire design is finished with a basket weave pattern. Then all of this gorgeous leather is adorned with chrome studs that complete the look wonderfully. These seats are very unique and add so much to the look and feel of the bike. This comes with a new National Cycle Switchblade windshield for easy five second removal for the naked look, chrome horn; chrome front fender tip, and Kuryakyn grips. The tires are in excellent condition with plenty of tread. This Valk has no problems and is very sound mechanically; it has been checked out by a professional mechanic and has been gone over with a fine toothed comb. Having been cleaned, waxed, and polished, it looks like it just left the showroom and is ready for its new owner. Whether you are after your second Valkyrie to run around town, or this is your first Valkyrie, I don't think you will find a nicer bike. You can be sure no one will have a Valk like this one. This Valkyrie may not for everyone. You may be able to find one a little cheaper but you will not be able to find one any nicer. It takes dozens of hours to polish out the many parts to a mirror finish; and the one of a kind hand tooled leather seat set makes a statement that says I want quality, beauty, individualism, and excellence. You can buy a Valkyrie that is common and will get you where you are going, or you can buy one that is beautiful and unique that will be admired where ever you go. The buyer is responsible for pick-up or delivery. You are welcome to e-mail or call me at 817 367-7976 if you have any questions or need any additional information. Thanks, April Allen
