I am down here with a buddy from work doing some training over the next three days. This is what my summer has been like, working 7 days a week, overtime at my real job, trips everywhere for work and getting ready to start three weeks of fall qualls. I regret I will not be able to host the Mothman ride, can't get out of work that weekend. Haven't been able to ride much this summer, just short local rides. Thelma lost her job of 34 years as a medical librairian. They closed her library and now she is working shift work in the ER which just makes things worse. Certainly haven't meant to slight anyone, just hardly a chance to breath this summer. Hopefuly things will slow down for me this fall. Miss keeping up with everyones rides but hope to be able to be more active very soon. Rhonda is very busy preparing for her upcoming wedding. I am trying to keep up with Noah who is already back in school. Thanks to those who have asked about me, and PM'd me. I am OK and will be around more often soon..............

I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music.

Brian, look to retirement. NO more classes, NO more qualification on the range, NO more shift changes every 6 month. I think you are getting the picture. Stay cool Brother, tell Rhonda and Noah, we all still love them and wish them all the happiness possible. Using Rhonda's words, sounds like Craig is just the ticket for here......

Hey Tom, thanks for the invite. We were in class 12 hours today, back at it at 8 in the morn and again Sunday, then drive home Sunday eve. Plus studying all evening in the room. This is a working trip for sure. Have never been here before, class is in Radford.

Brian I was thinking of you as I was flying low in West Virginia yesterday, and the fact I had not seen or heard anything out of you lately. Sorry, you are having to work so hard with not much time for riding. I figured with Stude31 giving everyone my location you'd have the troops waiting for me as I blazed through. Beautiful country I have to come back when I have time to look around. Basically three years is a blink, wish that was all I had left. Stay Safe.

Hey Brian, I met one of your "associates" in Ripley, WV yesterday while driving to Wheeling to deliver a Harley for the local dealer. I was impressed, he was a very nice young man that told me of my "infraction" and only gave me a warning !!! It's the only warning I have ever had. I usually get a ticket. I hope things settle down for you soon and you get to ride before cold weather.
Take care, be safe

Who said it's supposed to get easier as you approach retirement eligibility???
That's why I quit 4 years early.
Chin up, and eyes on the target buddy.
