This man is reputed to rebuild alternators better than new, including a HO if you want one.

Ken is a good man after his offer to my friends at InZane who was down with a bad alternator and 500 miles from home...If and when I need a new one he will have my business.

I've seen alot of people that thought they were cool , but then again Lord I've seen alot of fools.

Also had positive experience with Ken Heming.

Here is a link regarding the installation of a much higher output alternator:

The only negative I've read about the higher output alternator is that at idle there is low output and rpm's need to increase to realize a charging current.

I will also add that Ken is a stand up guy. My experience was great!

Another recommendation for Ken here - he does very good work.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways. totally worn out, shouting, "Holy ****... What a Ride!"

After Inzane, I called him and bought a spare to carry on long trips, great guy.

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you're in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.
