anyone know if the brake cylinders from an interstate will work on a standard?

please and thank you

I think you're really referring to the calipers.

I haven't looked up the part number but my feeling is this:

The front shock absorbers are the same in the area where the calipers mount so my take is that they will be interchangeable. The rotors are all the same diameter for all the Valkyrie's which is also telling the calipers are switchable.

There may be some internal difference, like maybe piston diameter but I doubt it!

Thanks. I'm actually referring to the brake and clutch master cylinders - up on the handle bars.

The part numbers are different, but I'm curious about the functionality.

I would venture to say that the brake is totally exchangeable.

The clutch m/c looks to be the same. I think the difference in parts numbers may be from the clamp. The I/S clamp has the radio/clock controls as part of the clamp.

Pinwall has these particular items in abundance.
