  Did we establish not long ago that the u-joint for the 1500 Wing and the Valk are one and the same?  I want to replace mine SOON and seem to remember something about the Valk ones being on back order.

Just finish checking part numbers today. From 1988-2002, the u-joint part # is
40200-MZ0-A00 for the Goldwing and the Valkyrie. I would suspect that if it is on backorder
for the Valk, it is on backorder  for the wing, although you can still try.
