Makes sense to film Cap America abroad because it is a period piece that will take place during WWII. Although I doubt they'll be slapping Hitler in this version. I also doubt they'll freeze him in an iceberg at the end. Apparently it will have tie ins to the upcoming Thor movie and perhaps Howard Stark (Papa Iron Man).

When they make a Captain Britain movie they should film that here in the states.
