DOT Regs. require at least two straps per item.

But somehow you may get by with the one.

Just take back roads and no scales crossings at the least.

I don't know if it is the same truck or not...but we have seen this!!!  It was on the way up to InZane.  Freak'n Funny!!  I have seen a video on this truck as well...I thought it was from Louisiana.

I bought a loader at a yard sale and tied it to the car trailer.
The wife laughed for 50 miles. Lotsa honks and thumbs up.
