I always have a hard time sleeping with a ride in my head I've been up since 3:00 a.m. waiting on daylight to blast off. The weather for this year's ride is looking outstanding unlike last year when we had wind, rain and snow  Sad  Hookin' up with ( 5 ) bikes and taking the long way into Robbinsville , North Carolina through the mountains. Last reminder if you want a adult beverage of any kind you must bring it with you...Robbinsville is DRY....Lookin' forward to seein' everyone and I'm sure y'all will enjoy the planned ride on saturday through the beautiful Carolina's ....Bring It...LET'S RIDE  Smiley

If there was any way I could have gotten the time off, I would have been there.  I was hoping to make the shorter ride over to Missouri and had to cancel that one after getting sucked into meetings this afternoon.

That photo you posted says it all..............

That was the year that created Detn8er's pool.  Sorely in disrepair by the way Det.  Remember the scond one (make up for the first) was the new clothing for a Lucky Man tour, the third was the Rebellous VRCC gang taking over Ashville Motel 6 (Det). the fourth for me was the last great ride before cancer treatment (many times during the treatment when I looked out the windoe of the house I was staying at I visualized that ride).  Missed number 5 living in Washington.  Number 6 I went to the Nez Perez Battlefield on the same day in Idaho.

and now I sit in gadsen AL getting ready to head out.  Livation in hand Joe. see you all this afternoon.

I won't get to head out till after work.  Roll Eyes Hoping to get off a little early, but not holding my breath as I was supposed to be off to day tickedoff . The rest of the crew coming with me are on the way now.   Sad

Can anyone tell me what time the ride will leave out tomorrow morning? I may be there too late for the fire tonight.

Thanks

Seems like Joe's rides usually leave at 9:00am... It was cold and windy last year, and we stayed
out at the fire till midnight or so...
