I have a good friend and mechanic / wrenchhead who is the only guy I will allow to work on my Valk cooldude ... his name is Bob Van Dusen , he works out of his garage for right now but he is waiting for some property to be ready to buy so he can move his operation there ...... this guy know's  the in's and out's of metric bikes and anything that runs on gasoline .... he has the creditionals from Honda to prove it .... besides Motorcycles he works on Jet Ski's , ATV's and even lawn mowers and weed eaters to do some carb work .... and he stands behind his work with his word and honest to a fault !!!! plus he is fair with his labor cost .... if interested shoot me an email and I'll give you his cell number ... Thanks the Geezer  crazy2

You're right!  Bob is the man.  I heard his name years ago when I bought my first Ducati and he's done the service since then.  Glad to know he's still in the area.  My bike is in need of service and would really like him to continue to work on it.  Just sent an email regarding his contact info.

There used to be a guy named Van Dusen that was a teacher at Seguin High School... he lived in SA  Rode a Sportster.  Left teaching to go into something motorcycle related... as I remember it was custom paint jobs...

Same guy???

I doubt it's the same guy, Bob never struck me as an HD rider.  He seemed to be more into exotics.
