Big Al , Lucky13 and Greg came by the house this morning tryin' to shame me into a ride today ( I gotta roll later today ...Work  Sad so I did'nt ride today ) . Big Al saw this and said " Damn what a rig "  Smiley  Givi trunk and the high pipe saddlebags I had for my Suzuki Bandit 1200S.

It took me a moment to figure out you mounted those saddlebags.  Pretty clever idea.

Joseph, I've long known that you had the skills to make a bike look really good, but I'm now convinced that you're much more multi-talented than I had previously credited you for.   Wink

Maybe if you paint them.   Roll Eyes

Thanks Carl   laugh  It's just a temp deal for the 4 day weekend ride coming up in fact I may take them off before I leave next thursday.I rode this bike to InZane this year and had a large tour pack on the fender rack it rubbed a couple boo boo's on my saddlebag lids....Just did'nt want that to happen again  Undecided  Remember Matt's solo Interstate at InZane in Johnson City , Tennessee a couple years ago ...That's heavy on my mind with my Interstate as well  Undecided

I would like to see the brackets he used to mount the trunk that far forward.

At one time he was a VRCC vendor...Not sure about now  Undecided  Matt makes some cool parts for the Valkyrie and I'm sure he could hook you up . I talked to him a few weeks ago and he still has this set-up on his Interstate ....I do know it was made from polished stainless steel and looked very well done.Everything I've bought from him is top of the line with perfect fit and finish. His website below.

Joe,

Do you have the Hondaline CB unit mounted under the trunk on your green/silver Interstate? If so, that's awesome as I've been wanting to mount the Standard/Tourer tail light on my Interstate as well.

Thank You,

Mark

On some you can make it fit, but the best approach is to move your CB to the battery box.

Thanks Willow, I just may move the CB over the winter and add the Standard/Tourer tail light.
