Any one out there have an "Ultimate" seat on their bike?  In particular, anyone over 6'2" and a 33" inseam...I am curious if the King Big Boy lives up to it's advertising?

I have the Low Boy version that I picked up used.  A backrest is imperative for me.  Its a nice seat.

I have a Big Boy but should have a King Big Boy. Forget what their website says about height or inseam. Your weight is the most important factor for their seats. The Big Boy will pinch your parts you don't want pinched or squished if you should have the King Big Boy. If you're over 250 pounds, it's the King Big Boy for you my friend.

All the best,

Forgot to mention I weigh in at 201 lbs..with a 34" inseam, so I am on the border line for the king big boy and the king....the stock seat with the cobra floor boards leaves me feeling a bit cramped..had to change the shifter orientation to get my toe between the shifter and the head, which makes the heel part of the shifting a bit awkward.....so I think having a seat that moves me back and up some will do the trick..

And I'm nowhere near that height/weight and have been using the King since it first came out. As one post said....don't pay that close attention to how it's advertised. I had the Big Boy for a couple years prior and thought it was fine until Des let me try the King at Bike Week one year.

5'10", w/ 30" inseam.

6' 1" 34 inch inseam 215lbs. I had tried gel insert, gel pad, air hawk , Ulimate big boy and was dissatisfied.  Went to the King big boy and I'm happy at last.

big boy here and Im 6'3 at 255 lbs. 36 in inseam.  most comfortble seat made in my opinion. rode straight thru from my house on delmarva to raliegh nc. I cheated and used a belly tank and a pee bag. seat made it all possible

I have a "Big Boy" on my I/S and a "King" on my Std paired with a Utopia backrest.  The latter is the best set up.  I want a King with a Utopia for the I/S.  cooldude

6'-2", 32" inseam and 325 lbs.  I had a Big Boy for a while... and didn't think it much better than stock.  I sold it to a fellow VRCCer.  I have been wanting either a King Boy or a Russell, but can't seem to pry the scratch outta my wallet.

I just suffer on the long rides.

6'3" 235lb. 34" inseam. Love my Big Boy. Of course, I upgraded from a Corbin so almost anything would be comfortable! I seriously have not felt any butt-burn at all since switching to the Ultimate. I thought it looked too fat at first but like it fine now.

I have the big boy on my interstate. I'm 6'2" about 265lb 34 in inseam. I was told I needed the king but I didn't like the way the backrest had  to be mounted to the passenger seat. I can run my I/S as a supervalk and I wanted to keep my backrest.

Many thanks to all for their input...

Roger (unkown VRCC ID) from Moses Lake invited me out to check out his "ultimate" seat, a mighty fine gesture if you ask me..I do believe I am going to opt for the King Big Boy....worst that can happen is I don't like it any better than the stock 2001 seat...which isn't all that bad.  Of course, I haven't run over 200 miles at a lick,,,
 Thanks again folks

If in doubt....go with the King Boy

Forget weight and height.....anyone over average height should go with the King simply because it gives you a little more leg room on the already cramped seating position of the Valkyrie.

I have a 34 inseam and have the King, along with the peg lowering kit (an inch lower and and an inch forward) and still wish I had more room as I'm not a fan of having my legs out by the crash guards unless I'm on the highway.  I feel I have better control in the mid position in town and back roads.

For sure go with the King Big Boy.  I am 6'3" with a 35" inseam, 260 lbs and have the King BB.  I am still cramped but that is how the Valk is with the flat 6 right there at your feet.  On the highway I have no problem due to the pegs on the crashbars.
