In England we don't get anywhere near the amount of snow that you guys get,a couple of inches will send our country into chaos,so now,we are in chaos.

If somone pees in the road in some of our southern United States cities, traffic will ball up like a

kitten rolling with a ball of yarn.

Snow in the 1/2" to 1" range will cause the national guard to be called on, looking for blonde haired

woman

with problems identifying their vehicles so they can leave work and buy 15 loaves of bread

and 34 gallons of milk.

So the same thing you experience, with snow, we in the south do as well.

Everything gets cancelled.

And suddenly without warning all sense and accountability leaves on the nearest plane and all

driving is done with ones brains that are located in the big toe or arse.

Southern Minnesota looks a lot like Norway.  Guess that's why so many of your countrymen settled here.

In Arkansas, you have to clarify what you mean when you say "We got some white stuff."  Shocked

Trynt that's a nice photo of the snow, is that near your house?  How much snow on the ground?

That is my back yard, which overlooks the Minnesota River. The railing on our deck has eleven inches on it (since Saturday).  There is perhaps 15 inches on the ground.
