Handcuff and search me PLEASE !

Festus Mo. 40 min. south east of St.Louis

« on: December 17, 2010, 07:59:09 PM »

In 2008 I attended a fund raiser here in St.Louis for Support dogs of St.Louis .The fund raiser took place in a studio that belonged to an architect that owned a firm called the Lawrence Group. In his Studio was a collection of motorcycles he had collected while doing architectural work around the world. Most came from Europe. Maybe 75 bikes all restored or original running condition. The Lawrence Group rented out the studio ,a small banquet hall with a kitchen, Very cool setup. We wondered around with drinks and  hors 'devours admiring some beautiful machines. No Valkyries  Sad Dinner was elegant, the atmosphere was very comfortable. So today I open a magazine on dinning out in St.Louis and there is the museum, now a Triumph/Ducati  Dealership ,Museum and a restaurant I will attach photos of most of the bikes that I took in the museum and  links one to the restaurant and one to the museum, cant find anything on the Triumph/Ducati Dealership except for the advertisement in the magazine I'm looking at. Just thought I'd share this with you. Can't think of a better place to have  party.

GiG took us to Artesain wells pub up in Cement City MI a year ago. Pretty neat place with bikes all around the top, like in Joes pix. Pretty good size patio for bike night. Right next to a HD dealer. At the time they had a Valk I/S for sale.
