WTF,O?  This guy said he was afraid Obama was going to take away our rights and our guns, YEAH !!!! I am afraid of the same thing.  But how does killing 3 cops with and AK47 help that problem?  Seems to me he just helped the enemy's cause.  Timothy McVeigh was another one, worried about the government infringing on our rights, and then committing an act that justifies the government cracking down and restricting our rights even further.

I don't get it.....

One thing that got me about the article was that the three police officers bled to death because the responding officers could not get to them.  THAT right there justifies every law abiding citizen being allowed to carry just to protect themselves, the police can't even protect themselves.

My heart goes out to the families of the slain officers.

Paul Helmke, resident moron at Handgun Control Inc (or whatever they call themselves) already has his press release out.  He just can't wait to dance in the blood of the victims to support his "cause".  Someone, please, smack that stupid smile off of his face.

My heart and prayers go out to the families of those officers.

go off the deep end probably don't even realize that they are setting us up to have some of our gun rights taken away...too bad that there wasn't SOMEONE in those places that had a CCW and weapon with the courage and ability to have maybe have lessened the # of lives lost...

I caught the tail end of a story on the radio about some dipwad that tried to rob a retired cop at a hotel that had some kind of law enforcement convention going on??...stupid stupid!!!

I'm here in the Burgh and was following the story most of the day.....     I am sure there will be more to follow, and I probably missed some on tonights news.  It was very tragic and unfortunate for the officers and their families and the entire Pittsburgh City Police force.  I am truely amazed and impressed at the restraint the latter officers showed when the young man turned himself in.  I would have thought he would NOT have made it alive, and would have looked like swiss cheese instead (seen that before).  But, all the media presence probably helped put a caution flag in the air as well.  Not sure of what was going thru the young mans head, but he probably thought he would lose his legal stamp for the automatic weapons because of the 911 call.... and we heard he didn't want to give up his weapons.   As I said... I'm sure there will be more info to follow.   Keep the officers and their families in your prayers.

It has come out that this was a planned ambush of the police, not just an emotional reaction to their arrival.  Let's hope that state uses their legal death penalty on this guy.

And He was wearing Body Armour, which contributed to the death of the Officers. May G-d bless them and bring peace to their families.

The only reason he did this thing was one thing.  He got his name in the paper, tv, news, talk shows, etc.  He got his 15 minutes of fame that everyone with a warped mind wants.  If you cant be famous because you excel in something, the do something infamous like kill a dozen cops.
Instead of telling me what this guys name is, what work he did, interviewing his neighbors, trying to figure out what caused him to act, etc.  I DO NOT give a rat's ass what his name is, what he did, who he knew, etc.
The news SHOULD in my opinion, say the following.....

Today a piece of sh!t criminal killed 3 productive members of society.  His name is unimportant as he will be put to death after a speedy trial.  NO appeal will be needed as he was found with gun in hand, he was wearing a bullet proof vest and wounds from the shoot out in his body.
He will no longer exist when he leaves the earthly scene as soon as possible.  He is not worthy of burial and the body will be interned into the public dump and disposed of in the proper manner for this offense.  All records of his existence are being esponged from all public record as we speak.
It will be as if he never existed along with any and all causes he proports to attempt to promote.

All the networks are no longer reporting "gang related" stories.  As this does nothing more than promote gangs themselves.  From what they say this is decreasing the gangs ability to recruit.  Just kick it up a notch.

Just my .02.

Ride safe
