Do they still have that event? And, if so, is it still in. . . Marysville, Ohio? (I think that's where it was held, no?) Has the VRCC ever went? Just wondering. . . .

The name Honda Homecoming no longer exists (since Honda transferred the Marysville MC manufacturing process to Japan); now they call it All Ohio Bike Fest.  It's still held in Union County, where Marysville is located.  Here's a link, but no info on a 2011 Fest yet:

Thank you. I wonder if it still caters to Honda/Metrics, or if it's become yet just another typical Harley fest?

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

They use to hold a majority of the vendors in Bellfountaine, a few miles west of M-ville. There is a hotel in Bell right near the highway next to a mexican resturaunt. Park at your door to. Super 8 or something like that. Your on a hill and looks down to a valley. Kinda neat. Your close to other neat things to in Bell, Ohio Caverns, Zane caverns, some castles, etc. Nice and hilly country. Stop downtown and say hi to Gene, Kits body peircer.  Evil

To answer the other part of your question, yes the VRCC participated in the Homecoming.

Yup, and I have two trophies to prove it from a few years back.....Best in Class & Best of Show.

And that was before most of the mods I've done since, the old girl was pretty much stock in appearance.

I live a few miles west of Ohio Caverns, 18 miles from Honda. another 4 or 5 to Marysville. Dad lives within a mile of Honda with lots of tools, fishing, etc.

In fact, the reason our annual rally is called "Inzane" is because the first couple were held in Zanesville.  Zanesville was close enough for an easy ride to the factory for Homecoming, but far enough to get lodging for everybody.

they are holding an event on June 25th (tenitive) this year at Honda Motorsports.  I had emailed the people to ask when the event was to be held.  Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.
