what do you need fixed?

It would help to know a little about your problem so that a recommendation could be made.

Good luck.

I'll try to explain the best I can since i'm not a mechinac.

I started her up the other day and she kind of sputtered a bit until she warmed up. I heard some kind of knock comming from the engine when I reved it abit.  The temp outside was around 15 degrees  the bike is garaged with no heat in garage. Thanks

What  weight oil are you running?    What was the outside temp?

Sounds like it is too heavy and not getting oil to where it is needed till it gets warm.

OR, your oil is LOW.

Outside temp was about 15-20 degrees and I'm running AMSOIL Advanced Synthetic Motorcycle Oil
10W-40.

just changed the oil and filter in September (about 500 miles on change)

Thanks

there's no benefit to starting the bike in the garage without taking it out for a good ride, in fact you're doing more harm.

Best to winterize the bike by putting stabilizer in the fuel, put the battery on a tender, and cover it up until you can take it out for a decent ride.

were u using the choke or no choke?  when really cold u can get some backfire/ignition fire.
try more choke upon next startup.
