I've got a line on some Road King saddle bags, and I was wondering if there's a kit, or some way that these would mount up to the Valk... I know I'd have to change out the latches, but the bags are in great shape, and I'm sick of the Saddleman's I've got.

People have made some really cool looking Valkyries that way...

the rails on the orange one look great in the picture, I wonder if they looked as good up close?

I've seen them mounted using the Hondaline mounts made for the leather bags. You can buy those mounts new from HDL for about $120.

You can use the Hondaline saddle bag mounts or EZ or Ghost brackets. For my money I'd go with the EZ brackets. That's what I have and you can take them off or on in seconds. I like to take mine off sometimes and show off my chrome!   cooldude

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

Why do you have to change out the latches?
