Check the weather.  Low temperature + high relative humidity = visible exhaust.
Low temperature = colder surface on inside of exhaust = more condensation = drip drip.
Perfect combustion yields CO2 & water.

Might also be linked to ethanol in the gas which absorbs water.

As mentioned, water is a byproduct of burning gasoline.  If you are running rich, the exhaust tends to condense more water, since the rich mixture is cooler.  You might look into that if it continues.
