I installed the cobra 6 into 6 (which sound incredible!) and a K&N airfilter a week or so back. As soon as I got them on I couldn't resist a short put around the block. I was anticipating it riding like crap since I hadn't put the jet needles in yet. To my surprise it runs perfect. I know the previous owner had some sort of exhaust on it, not sure which one cause it came stock.  The stock pipes were scratched from his removal and two pipes had two exhaust gaskets in them...

So my question is would I know from the plugs and performance if it's already been jetted?  I have the kit, which was $120 and am willing to put it in, but if I ain't got to I don't want too...  Any help is again appreciated!

If it's running Ok, leave it alone!

Here is a link for plugs:  http://www.dragstuff.com/techarticles/how-to-read-plugs.html
