Aux input wiring - connector??
«

Does anyone know how the Aux input wiring appears under the right sidecover? I have inspected the wiring within the rubber boot and all I can find that looks probable are two leads with bullet connectors, one male and one female. I had thought it would be a female mini stereo jack of some kind as you should have four wire continuity shouldn't you?
Anyone connect to the Aux input, and what did the connector look like. Maybe I'm in the wrong rubber boot harness.
Thanks

You do have an Interstate I presume. The Standards and Tourers don't have the aux input.

that round 3mm plug in for mp3 player, etc. under right side cover. Just remember to turn WAY WAY UP the volume control on both the left handlebar volume control (around 20 number on I/S volume control on dash) and all the way up almost on the mp3 player to get volume to hear music going 60 mph on up. You cannot hear much at all unless you turn up your mp3 player, etc. almost all the way up in volume.

Put the Hondaline CB on them and they do.
